Step 4: Pack the Item
Securely pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during shipping.
Step 5: Ship the Item
Send the item using a trackable shipping method to the return address provided in your return authorization email.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Mowtera will cover the return shipping costs.
Change of Mind or Other Reasons
If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (for example, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved:
